Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Applicant must be a Filipino citizen and must meet the minimum Qualification Standards of the position applied for;
  2. Application form (Excel) for external applicants; and Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised Personal Data Sheet / CS Form No. 212 Attachment - Work Experience Sheet ) for GCG employees and must be accomplished properly and completely. e.g., "inclusive dates (mm/dd/year - mm/dd/year)", etc. Application sent via email should be in PDF format;
  3. Applicants should indicate/specify in the application form and letter the position applied for, Item Number, and the name of the Office/Division where the vacancy is; otherwise, applications will not be acted upon.
  4. If applicant has previous work experience or is currently employed, application must include the most recent IPCR for Government employees or its equivalent Performance Evaluation Form for non-government employees;
  5. Application must be submitted on or before the deadline, which is ten (10) calendar days from publication date; applications received beyond the last day of publication will not be acted upon.
  6. Application will be valid for one (1) year from the date of receipt of the GCG HR;
  7. For applicants who are not GCG employees, we will only contact those who have been shortlisted for further evaluation;
